Human Resorce Database Software Was Launched – 2008

The Ashanti Akyem Presbyterian Health Service successfully launched a customised Staff Database (HR) Software. The Software which was design and developed by Givida Soft is a well designed and developed software to cater for all Human Resource details for all staffs within all the instutions that constitute the Asanti Akyem Presbyterian Health Service.

The software which runs on any Operating System and runs on an SQL Server, has the ability of databasing each staff details with the picture of the staff and the ability to update/Edit when necessary.

The software is able to tell management the total number of Staffs within the Asanti Akyem Presby Health Service AND also the total number of staffs per each institution within the Asanti Akyem Presby Health Service.

The software has a Report Generating platform which help management to generate report base on a staff’s unique details and a character base search engine and print the report.

One unique thing about the software is that, its able to tell management when a particular staff is due for retirement and able also to check double entry of one particular staff details. With this software, management will now have decisions taken at ease.

The multi purposed Physiotherapy building for the Agogo Presbyterian Hospital has been completed and handed over to the Hospital. The building construction company , Consar Construction Limited handed over the beautiful building to the Agogo Presbyterian Hospital in a ceremony at the Hospital on the September 6, 2008.

The building which was funded by ANESVAD, A Spanish Organisation, was completed within the schedule period of Eight (8) months. In a handing over ceremony, The General Manager of the Hospital, Mr. Thomas Mensah received the keys to the building and thanked ANESVAD for the building and asured them that, the building will be maintained and will be used fully for the purpose it was built for. He also thanked Consar Construction Company for the quality work done and the timely completion of the buiding.

Mr. Mensah was also full of praise for the WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (WHO) and the National Buruli Ulcer Control Programe (NBUCP) through whose initiative that the building has come to realization to serve the people of Asanti Akyem North district.

The construction of a single story physiotherapy block for the hospital with Funding from ANESVAD of Spain will started between now and 5th November 2007. The hospital gave possession of the project site to the project contractor, Messers CONSAR Ltd on the 31st October.
